No, you got it wrong. ARTPOP is a great album. It's not like it flopped beacuse she tried her best. It's underperforming beacuse she does NOTHING to make it better. It is a mess and this album, for me personally - the best Lady Gaga album - does not deserve the BS treatment its getting and she's to blame.
