Ι'm 6 ft tall and I weigh 147lbs. I'm 19.
When I was like 15 I used to weigh like 180lbs!! I was fat, people made fun of me, once my father told me my ass was effin huge which I really took to heart and I decided to lose weight, I started exercising and Ι guess my metabolism kicked in. Which makes sense cos I was the only fat one in my family. Seriously, it's C R A Z Y. I literally can eat anything and I won't gain any weight. The only weight I can gain is muscle weight and I've been exercising again for like 3 months now and I gained 6.61 lbs in muscle which makes me so happy cos I can see the difference in my body
But exercising increased my metabolism even more lol so idk I love this. I love how I can eat whatever I want and not gain any weight and I eat a LOT. My figure is like thin but the amount of food I eat is enormous seriously.
I feel so blessed and lucky, but at the same time I work out a lot cos I love it. I used to hate it but my trainer is amazing and she made me realise exercising is something great.
