It's been pretty good in uni, high school was a disaster. Sometimes there may be a slacker, and I am not afraid to get that little bitch a failing grade. I mean if s/he really doesn't contribute anything. Some people are better in different areas etc, and that's fine.
My worst would be being group with this person who would do close to none work because he's kinda insecure with me and I was assigned as leader so I've had to tolerate him just that he could do his part.
I used to do the work because I want to get high grades, but lately, I've been dividing the work individually & be effective in leading my group mates and we still get the highest grade.
That's when I do the project by myself, and at the beginning of the presentation (in front of the ENTIRE class), I inform the teacher I did it all by myself.
If the others try to read the information from the slides, I will talk over them and claim the entire grade.
Omg I love you. That's what I always want to do lmao.
I don't really mind doing most of the work, but if people start disrespecting me or being rude when I'm doing all their damn work, then hell no. They can do their own project.

Back in high school I usually just did it all by myself, or did most of it, and said we all did it I hated it, but high school students are mostly slackers and don't like to do any work and I was not taking a risk of my grade being jeopardized. Now that I'm in college everyone has been a bit more responsible and we all do equal parts.
