The real kii is that you insist that warrior is two syllables when the site that was posted as having wire with one syllable also says that warrior has three.

Again it all comes down to how you pronounce things in your local area. The English language is lazy and people don't pronounce words how they should be all of the time.

And heaven forbid someone pronounce something oddly. I mean, Katy Perry pronounced twenty as "twunty" in Ghost for goodness sakes.

The Harold Song's line is a much harder line to figure out. I mean the lyric booklet says "murder", but... that means nothing. It sounds like it could be murdered, and it makes more sense that it's murdered...

I never said warrior had 2 syllables, i just showed that your logic was wrong since you were oblivious to that fact that you were arguing that it couldnt be warrior which had 3 when wire had 1

No one ever said warrior had 2 syllables. Some people pronounce it in 2, instead of 3. Like how some people pronounce wire in 2 instead of 1. It's just funny how you were trying to use the syllables argument as absolute proof, and then later agreed that wire has one but can be said in 2.

You can't make a 3-syllable word into a 2-syllable word easily, but you can extend a 1-syllable word into a 2-syllable one, not that you need to, because you pronounce "wire" as two, anyway. At least I do and everyone I know does, don't know about the rest of the world.

I don't think that she says "wire" that much differently than what it should sound like. But it doesn't sound anything like what "warrior" should. She says it perfectly fine in the title track, why should she change the way she pronounces it all of a sudden?

I always thought it was WARRIOR. But then I realized it didn't make sense and "electric WIRE" love kinda made sense. A love full of spark and life.
