Green. It says 50% chance to get $100M. It doesn't mean that the other 50% will be $0.
Besides, 50/50 are pretty good odds, but even if it was 25% or something I'd probably still go the Green because I have nothing to lose.
Or just make a deal with someone else that if one of us pressed the Green and got the $100M we'd split it. Best case scenario, we get $100M each. After that, $50M each, which is still much better than the $1M. Chances of two people getting nothing with 50/50 odds are pretty low, only 25%. That's a 75% chance of profit.
