Which pop girl do you believe struggles the most at making good music, picking a good song, knowing how to utilize their musical talents, having a ear for good and interesting production?

The one I'm thinking of has a nice production team around her. And it's still a struggle.
I could say who's not the worst: Beyoncé. She knows what she's doing.
