It also comes to a person who has the right backing! Cassie is with Bad Boy after all... we already know how Diddy rolls, but her career was an accident anyhow, she was aspiring to model, music came 2nd to her, however she loves making music that she would personally enjoy listening to and is comfortable at the musical success level that she has reached.

But then again I think it's pretty obvious it was never her desire to have a career like that anyway, plus she already "has all the money" she could wish for so waiting on her music to be released makes it even worse
