I saw this on the news, and I felt really awful after seeing it. No animal should ever be treated like that.

Was it an actual small puppy? If so, that individual as well as the others around him are definitely going to be thrown around a deserved PETA storm.

I won't watch it but I did hear that the puppy was dead already? And that another soldier was just making puppy noises....who knows

The poor puppy

The video is not entirely real. I don't think the puppy was alive but either way, it shouldn't have been thrown off the cliff like that. If you read some of the comments, they make sense; the puppy's cries do not fade as it falls, explaining that it is probably the soldier that is making the noises. So yes, the act was cruel, but I don't think the puppy was alive (if that makes it any better to some of you).

If you saw the video, the dog made little or no movement at all.
