It's not "hypocritical" because being gay is not a choice. "Hypocrisy" implies as choice was made.

Moreover, those aren't the only reasons why people are opposed to incest, though. Children conceived from incestuous relationships are at VERY high risk of genetic disorders.
I mean, if an incestuous couple were legally forbidden from producing offspring, I guess it wouldn't be much of an issue.
