ugh i went for a run and swim down the beach at about 7;00am (before all the nippers started ()) but even then it was getting hot. and then went back down around midday and **** me the air conditioning was so nice

after i came back from the beach i lsat on my bed and watched Revenge/Veronica Mars all day
