Decision '08: Barack Obama wins the election

I posted this on Evthreads since the argument was over electability. It's true that Obama had won more states than Hillary and many are dismissing that her Big States win doesn't justify her electability.
Now lets say that the Primary and Caucuses were the General election and it's between Obama and Hillary.
For Hillary Clinton: The big states alone, California (55), New York(31), Michigan(17), Florida(27), New Jersey(15) and Massachusetts (12), will give her 157 out of 270 electoral college to get the nomination. If you add the other states, New Mexico (5), Tennessee (11), Arkansas (6), Oklahoma (7), New Hampshire (4), Nevada (5), Arizona (10), Missouri (both were tied 11 ) then she'll have 216/270 electoral college.
For Obama: Illinois (21), Alabama (9), Georgia(15), South Carolina(8), Virginia(13), W.D.C(3), Delaware(3), Maine (4), Washington(11), Nebraska (5), Lousiana(9), Hawaii(4), Wisconsin (10), Iowa (7), Alaska(3), Colorado(9), Connecticut(7), Idaho(4), Kansas(6), Minnesota (10), North Dakota(3), Maryland (10), Utah (5) Missouri (both were tied 11), he will have 190/270 electoral college.
But of course, not all of the states that they had won during the Primaries and Caucuses will guarantee them their votes for the General Election except those that are truly Blue States or have been Blue during that past elections. But for this case and Hillary's case, "less is more."

^Or rather, "bigger is better"?
You make a good point and i'm sure it's something that super delegates will think about before making their final decision. The thing is though, they might be seeing that with more time and campaigning, Obama should be able to win all the states Hillary has based on his record of momentum this year.
I don't even think the hard numbers will count until the Convention, and if Hillary loses Texas(very likely) and Ohio(somewhat possible) she would be advised to pull out for the sake of unity.

Not that you care but...
I just took off Yahoo as my homepage cause it was really getting annoying how all their news are so bias to Obama... Hillary can do no right.

2/3 of the delegates are givin away in the primary... the caucus is the national election or something like that and gets 1/3 of the delegates
The caucus was really screwy and the police had to be called. Obama supporters handed out caucus forms early, which is illegal, and Hillary supporters where locked out. Also in the larger cities only one person was running the caucus locations and it was total chaos. Math was wrong and people had to wait around 3+ hrs just to get in. Caucuses are so undemocratic.

Thanks for the explanation, Derek!!
I read Hillary told CBS in an interview that it's very likely the one who loses the Democratic nomination will be VP, and that she sees no problem with that. But, of course, she mentioned people from Ohio always vote for the one who's going to be President, so that she should be the chosen one. lol GO HILLARY!!!
