So since the servers are pretty good now and they're obviously stable after the new members have come in, can we finally have tha searching times decreased from 10 minutes? I hate having to wait 10 minutes to search for something new. I'd use Google but sometimes I want to search for posts as well, not just threads.

I thought the words we cant use get *** treatmenet anway. Not to mention that the exactly same word was used in that thread again and nothing happened. Ofc mine got reported because of one certain person. Its so easy to get person banned if you report him like crazy. Because flamebait can be found almost everywhere-
I didnt call other member that name, but the charged man in the op who slept with students and cheated on his wife with kids.
Longer version: He was somewhat part of TC's (former admin) inner circle at the time. Known for some playful trolling and pranks, but at some point TC was confident he settled down and took a chance on him. He was included with a handful of other members to be "ATRL Assistants" (also the night I became an ATRL Moderator).
A few hours later TC was in the midst of hosting a nightly chatroom for staff and friends when we began to notice loading issues with the site. Shane then said something to the effect of "Ok, I'm done now". I think there was a brief moment of confusion before we realized he had merged every thread into one and killed the server. The chat became a furious mob lead by TC, hurling every profanity and insult possible at him. He broke down, apologized, said he thought there was an "undo button" and eventually left the room pretty shaken up. The result of all that was a permanent ban for him and the end of "ATRL Assistants".

Oh i see it. I called the charged guy that name. I thought it was clear from the whole response. Sorry that it wasnt. I had no reason to call RihannasVeryOwn that when I completely agreed with him in my response. I was lost in translation.
