1) IF these ED rumors about Luke are true, then in order for Ke$ha to truly heal she needs to remedy the root of the problem aka Luke. I'm sorry but despite all the tension lately they have to care about each other on at least some subconscious level. You don't have years of professional or personal relations without respect. Anyway, K$ and Luke should have one on one therapy at K$'s rehab center, hash it out, get on with it, and move forward. Like everyone's been saying, she's his cash cow...why send her to be slaughtered?
2) After this situation blows over, let K$ have her control. Let her make the album she wants to make. If it's well received, she was right. If it wasn't, big deal. Label losses money, but hi....been there done that with Warrior. Luke should put his ego aside and if K$ and her vision don't pan out exactly like she hopes then all parties now and they can regroup.
If none of that happens, then put all her unreleased stuff out commercially to fulfill her contract obligations and move on, yeah it'll take years but it'll be the least messy option.
