I almost did.
This time last year. I just couldn't function. I was severely severely depressed. I literally felt like I had no purpose nor would anyone/thing miss me if I wasn't here. I literally couldn't do anything, I couldn't read, study, concentrate. It was horrific. I just laid in bed. Going to the door was a chore.

My car key censor stopped working , and I had to manually open my door with my key like some crazy person!

Yeah. About 3 years ago. I'm so proud of myself because I haven't really felt that bad since that happened 3 years ago. I think I had a big long overdue release. I didn't think I'd ever be happy and I felt so lost and alone. Honestly felt like my life was pointless. It came on so unexpectedly too. I was just sitting in class like any other day, then suddenly before I knew it I was in tears with everyone staring at me. I was a total wreck and couldn't process what was happening, while feeling embarrassed. I felt bad also because after that I realized that I did have friends who cared for me and showed concern. Anyway I implied that I wanted to kill myself and the teacher had to escort me out of the classroom and call the police as they were concerned I was a harm to myself. They never took it further than an interview thankfully. I managed to get myself together and while having small upsets since then, I've been ok!

It sounds so minor and small lol. It was a big important part and turning point of my life though so sorry if it sounds silly.

Two summers ago. The whole summer was a mess.

i've had like 4 or 5 nervous breakdowns but i have lots of like mental/stress-related breakdowns, maybe 1 a year?
