Based on the the two's solo careers, Rih has been at it non stop. From having more hits, more albums, more features etc. It's a no brainier who has more memorable hits.
Bey's "hits" tend to have more of an impact on pop culture though. Hence her ability to sell albums so well without one
voted for Rih, but I'd say on average they're pretty even. if I had to choose I'd give Rih the edge though.
if you look at just #1 singles, a lot of Bey's were massive (Crazy In Love, Single Ladies & Irreplaceable) but Rih obviously has way more #1 songs, many (if not more than Bey) of which are in the huge to massive range (Umbrella, Only Girl, Love The Way You Lie, We Found Love, Diamonds).
