I can't decide abilities for mine either. Or a moveset for that matter. I think Competitive is better for offensive Milotic and Marvel Scale for Defensive Milotic.

Gonna try EV breeding through hordes instead of Super Training to see which is faster/less boring.

Hordes is definitely faster and less boring for me. Plus, there's always a chance of finding shinies if you're into that (though if you find one that's not in the horde you're using to ev train )
