You need to download a custom launcher. You can either make your own homescreens or download a launcher that let's you download themes. I have been getting into Themer lately because I'm too lazy to make my own themes. Themer is really easy to use and has a lot of nice designs, but you could also use Apex launcher, Nova launcher, Go launcher or some other ones.
