Well at least in my country it is, but you can buy your "militar card" or something like that, which is the card they give you when you have completed your military service. However, a year ago a new law came out and I think it lowered the card's prices.

colombian president needs to apologize asap ... he shouldnt have crossed the border without taking permission, and then started accusing every country of helping FARC, it has to be under OEA investigation first

boy when i seen a article on cnn, i though exactly that perhaps latin america could be going to war, and I though just what we need in the world is another conflict that the media must be focused on.

Last weekend, the colombian army killed one of the FARC leaders, "Raul Reyes" in ecuatorian territory, claiming he died accidentaly in the middle of a combat.

When Ecuador went to the territory where the massacre ocurred, they found corpses in pijamas, so they discovered that it had not been a combat, it had been a planified murder.

Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez said Colombia had broke Ecuador's soberany, and said he wouldn't let Colombia do the same to Venezuela, so he sent troops to the colombian border.

The colombian government sent apologizes to Ecuador, but they didn't accept it, and they sent troops to the border too.

Ecuador and Venezuela took their ambassadors out of Colombia, and took the colombian ambassadors out of those countries.

The colombian government found a computer in Raul Reyes' camp, and they say they found in the computer documents that proved that Ecuatorian president Correa had been keeping dialogues with the FARC, and that Chavez was helping the FARC economically.

Colombia will denounce Hugo Chavez in the International Court for "helping genocides economically", since they found a document in Raul Reyes' computer that said Chavez was giving money to the FARC.

Ecuador will go today to the OEA (American States Organization) to sue Colombia for breaking into their territory.

The US Department of State show support for Colombia in their "fight against terrorism", and asked for a diplomatic dialogue between Ecuador & Colombia. It also questioned Venezuela for stepping into a problem that didn't affect it.
