Only if she re-recorded the vocals so they wouldn't be that aggresive, and also the production must be changed. In general, the whole song must be re-recorded.
No it wouldn't even though it's a great song. Everyone needs to stop asking if songs from ARTPOP would smash. It's not a commercially viable album according to today's trends and it wasn't built around clearly defined single material. The answer is always going to be "no" or at least "probably not."
