1. Open Youtube
2. Then, while the video is playing, click Priint Screen
3. Open MS Imaging
4. Click New
5. Click Ctrl+V
6. Then Crop It to 246x165 pix, this step is a lil busy,
7. Resize It to 82x55
8. Set the brightness and contrass as you like
ok i know how to make the little pictures but how do i make the video move like those little moving things and i only have boring old paint is their a new paint i can download for free or will it work on paint...the one ive Got.
