Honestly, if he wasn't a dude, these things would have been big celebrity headlines. If Amanda Bynes, Lindsay Lohan or Miley Cyrus had done any of the things Shia did then it would have been a big deal in Hollywood, but because he is a dude, this has been thrown under the rug.
