Because she IS. Others like Missy Elliott and Lil Kim actually did something to change the way the female form was seen, same as Madonna and Tina Turner. If Miley's music was really forward thinking I'd believe her. But after the whole 2013 'LOOK AT MEEEE' fiasco business, I really can't.
