Honestly, do what Japanese artist do.
Release the album, with some music videos, do some promo, tour and NEXT ERA later that year or following year.
When you waste 2 years promoting an album and songs I've heard non stop it gets old.
HYPE ruined ARTPOP, besides it not being COHESIVE. When you're inspired over such a long period, the music will sound in-cohesive from what you produce one year and the other.

Her ego got the best of her this era, and she really did a number of damage with the GP with the "Born This Way" era... She alienated a LOT of people that were here for her because she was different.
Now the schtick is getting desperate, and the music does not sound anything extraordinary, for what she was claiming this era would be.
