it's not her who decide when of if promote , it's her label who PAY to let her promote singles/albums!her lack of promotion comes mainly from her label!

where did you read this story?? anyway i always said that matthew knowles ruined her carreer since the beginning , how can you build a solo career when everything done by you manager is to make shine your other bandmate?!beyocne is beyonce , but surely a lot more could be made to let shine kelly in the group even michelle
