Also I don't think Adele is someone you'd expect to see at a stadium, don't you?. The thing is if we were to go by selling power she still is the biggest artist in the industry and what's more impressive is that she doesn't need a huge tour , endorsements (which by the way have zero to do with music) or "be a legend" to be that . Its really shocking that the "legend" "icon" has just about managed to outsell Adele's one album after over 10 years in her career ,I mean really what kind of artist is that ?

Just because she sold a lot of albums doesn't mean she's greater than any other artist out. Can she sell out arenas and stadiums ww, has she grossed 188 million on tour like Bey has? Lets not get ahead of ourselves. Shania Twain and Lauren Hill sold a lot of albums too, but where are they now?
Being a legend and an Iconic artist like Beyoncé, MJ and Madonna isn't just about albums sells, you also need huge tour gross, endorsements and impact play into your overall success. I have yet to see Adele selling out arenas or stadiums all over the world. Right now she's just a huge record seller, but that's not enough to be compared to a legend like Beyoncé who sells albums and has mega tour success. If you don't have huge tour success you are not that big of an artist. Even Adele would admit this, she's a huge Bey stan herself.
Tour gross is irrelevant when it comes to being a legend.
Being a legend is about the work you've created and how it's impacted others. Adele's work has done that and she is a legend and an icon. And yes it's possibly to reach that early in your career and off the back of one album.
Adele has the respect, the accomplishments, and the impact to be considered a legend.

She doesn't. She could easily have a massive tour if she wanted to.
She won't play arenas and stadiums, not because she can't sell them out, but because she doesn't want to.
She gets nervous performing in front of 2,000 people, imagine 20,000 to 60,000. Though she might do a few arenas this time around because the demand to see her live will probably be huge.
With her vocals, she honestly can't. That's one of the perks of having flawed/unhealthy singing.

Her vocal problems came from laryngitis. She couldn't just stop singing in the middle of a promo campaign and tour, especially right as her career was blowing up and the demand for her had never been higher.
