while it seems like a good idea, in theory, it wouldn't be fair to segregate atrl. every member should be able to access the same threads as long as they are in good standing on the forum. as others said, there are other places for more adult conversation outside atrl. atrl is a mixed and varied community and sometimes more adult topics do come up, but the primary purpose of the forum is to allow us a place to keep up with and discuss pop music and pop culture.

ATRL has already tried something like this before and it was shut down and the rules were tightened because of it. People will always lie about their age, hell even I lied about my age until I was 18.

That doesn't mean a section reserved exclusively for **** or nudes

They can make it restricted for guests and non-active members (and of course members under 18)

But I get the feeling that even if the administrators wanted to do that, the advertisers would not be so open to it, and at the end of the day, they're the ones who get the final say on stuff like that, I believe.
