How does that have more substance than any song on PRISM? Sorry to burst your bubble but Gaga doesn't know anything else than writing about sex, drugs and her personal obsession with gays, fame and fashion.
Gaga stans are so deluded How in the world have you come to the conclusion that gaga is smarter than Katy without actually knowing either one of them in real life?
But if we were to take a look at how things have progressed, Gaga has declined by a HUGE amount, made the public hate her, made enemies out of many media publications, has unnecessary twitter feuds, etc.
Katy has made the public adore her, gotten bigger with every era, handles her issues behind the scene or through music and NOT through twitter, etc.
Like yeah, clearly Gaga is the smarter of the two from what we've seen

You can get a sense of someone's intelligence by listening to them speak. Katy has never captivated me watching any interview of hers. She seems very vapid and she never seems to have anything of depth to say. I'm not deluded by saying Gaga is an intelligent woman. Would you disagree with my statement?
1.- For those that are saying that Katy isn't risky... do you remember some I kissed a girl and I liked it?
2.- For those that are saying that Gaga is growing musically and Katy isn't, can you tell me why The Fame is way above Artpop and PRISM is over One of the boys? Both critically and comercially
3.- For those that are saying that Katy releases everything that the GP wants for succes, why do you think that her label release Katy's favourite song of the record instead of the quick smash? on the other hand Do What U Want was released over Venus just because it was #1 on Itunes for a couple days. Plus she says that Artpop was going to be full on radio friendly hits... you know what it means ... general public.
4.- For those that are saying that Katy is generic and plays it safe, doesn't Gaga do this too? I mean... it's like she is trying to re do her again and again and her music sounds almost all the same.

For me Katy is a better musician, and as a person, i don't know how Lady Gaga is and I don't care anyway
I don't use Gaga (I used to listen a couple of her singles) and I understand that you don't use Katy but you try so hard to shade her and it shades your fave too.
I have so much respect the monsters that are respectful, let's educate your peers please.
