Why do you think Melissa is okay with being overweight? Based on her quotes, it sounds to me like she tries very hard to lose weight but just can't. That doesn't sound like someone who is "okay with it". Jennifer is promoting being happy with yourself, she is saying that doing crazy things like starving yourself just to lose weight are stupid.

It's not about whether or not JLaw actually is fat, it's about whether or not she is made to feel fat by the pressures of her industry as well as society as whole. That's what her comments and references are about. If you *REALLY* look at the article you see the true nature of it: someone trying to shame JLaw for being open about weight issues when the according to the author, JLaw doesn't meet the requirements to do so. This article is pretty much just someone projecting.

I agree to a certain extent, but we have to remember that the size 0 fad lasted there for a while and it still echoes, she might have heard one or two people call her fat and idk, maybe it got to her.
