Way more than that sis. Around 15-20.
And courses is tricky; it depends on your situation. My school doesn't accept the Disney classes credit, so there's that. Plus, I don't want to fall too far behind in credits and I have to remain a full-time student to keep my scholarships and what-not, so I'm taking an online class. You're working full-time so taking any class will require a lot of work and proper scheduling/dedication. The good thing is if you register for a class (including off-distance learning [taking an online class from your university]), they send your registered class block to your supervisor so you a have set time for your studies.
It also depends on where you do your program. If you do the program at Disneyland, you're
required to take a class. Classes are optional at Disney World.

Read up and ask me any questions you may have. I also recommend going to a DCP session if your school has one. I thought I knew everything, but I leanred so much more. Plus, your school may have their own set of requirements for going on the program and/or other internships in general. If you're applying for Fall/Fall Advantage, I believe the apps are released mid-February and close late-March.
If you really
really want to do it, go ahead and apply as soon as the apps come out. Don't listen to anyone who says to wait; it doesn't matter. There was talk between people because of the different application process. But yeah, if you have any questions shoot me a PM or wall message.
Good luck on your DCP journey
Side-not: I'm thinking of starting a DCP Adventure blog
