Discussion: How did the open registration make U feel?

As I read the newbies' posts, I have a feeling some of them couldn't WAIT to get an account on here.

Were you guys happy? Are you enjoying ATRL so far?

Also, the 'old' members; do you like the new guys, do you think ATRL is more exciting?

Personally I think the more, the merrier.

I was very pleased registration opened after all the months I spent just viewing it.

ATRL has really blown up over the past few years. It's so weird hearing about registration being limited only a few months during the year like it's a frat rush or something.

Back in 2009, I just registered with no problem and was member the same day.

After waiting 2 f***ing years it finally opened, i got so used to see the "registration is closed" box that i never thought it would open. Then it did and i felt like i won the lottery

Seriously. I remember joining, on my own will, after browsing for months. It feels so strange seeing members say they've waited months to join.
