Beyonce. She rarely gives bad performances because of how insanely in tuned she is with her instrument. She knows. She's completely aware of her strengths and her weaknesses, so she never tries to sing outside of her boundaries.

Kelly is great though. She may strain and sound very throaty with some of those signature upper belts, but there are many times where she gets it right, and I think that should be taken accounted for.

Beyonce's voice was kinda basic when she was in DC. It's gotten so much better over time, and now she's the best currently in the game.

Bey's voice improved, it already a great voice, but it just gets better with each album. Pink's voice has maintained over the years too. Xtina's voice has deteriorated over the years, its sad because she had such a great voice like a decade ago.

really? the last one is terrible. i watched some of her vids and she always sounded like someone was choking her, sounds like she's eating the words.
