Beyonce Rules Stereoboard's Hot Ticket Chart
Having well and truly shocked the music world with the surprise release of her fifth album at the end of last year, Beyoncé begins 2014 atop Stereoboard’s Hot Ticket Chart.
She’s all set to bring the latest leg of the Mrs. Carter Show world tour to the UK and Ireland in February, with six dates in the diary for London’s O2 Arena as well as stops in Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham and Dublin.
In second spot are One Direction, ahead of their summer stadium tour, while Gary Barlow, Strictly Come Dancing and Cirque Du Soleil complete the top five. Avicii is at six, followed closely by ventriloquist Jeff Dunham and his rotating cast of characters. Rounding off this week’s top 10 are John Newman, Monty Python and Disney On Ice.
Lee Evans and Miranda Hart are either side of X Factor Live in spots 11 and 13, while Michael Buble just edges out Ed Sheeran in 14th, with the singer-songwriter entering the chart based on pre-sale tickets for his forthcoming arena tour.
Bastille, Little Mix and the Eagles are up next, ahead of Rod Stewart - who took top spot in Stereoboard’s Top 20 for 2013 recently - and Rudimental.
