An R&B album, a jazz album, a ballad album, a rock album, an EDM/house album, an acoustic album, a retro/throwback album ala Christina The possibilities are endless. And that's what happens when you possess real talent.
She's a very versatile singer and songwriter so she could probably do any tbh. But I'd like to hear her do a stripped down electronic folk style album like Ellie Goulding style.
Or maybe even a rock tinged folk album. Lorde I would die!
She should try, raunchy urban-pop crossovers a la Dirrty or experiment with Asian and Arabic beats but use a more stripped back electronic sound to accompany these. Aura, which seemingly used some of these sounded bloated at times.
Gaga can do just about anything, imo. Like she really has the talent to just go into anyone Genre and just pull it off. I'm still waiting on that You and I remix with Sugarland. Slayed me so hard when they performed it at the Grammy concert.
The possibilities are endless. And that's what happens when you possess real talent.
There are other factors at play. Plus, ARTPOP remains a good album.
