It's not like Britney domination, then Gaga, then Adele,etc when you could tell who was ruling the bunch.

Rihanna has massive singles but she isn't even close to be this bigger than life ICON when other popgirls are selling more albums than her.

Taylor is not as huge WW (as a celebrity).

Lady Gaga and
Britney Spears are not as big as they used to be.

Beyoncé is selling albums with ease. However it's hard to get how the general public outside of album buyers would reckon she's the biggest popstar in the world if there's not even a song of her smashing on the radio or an intense media coverage (like the type she had during the Superbowl).

Nicki Minaj,
Shakira and
Adele are inactive.

Miley is really relevant but she doesn't have enough Katy's radio support/Beyoncé's album sales.

Lorde could easily fall into one hit wonder territory.

. They're all doing great but the point is I don't think there's someone dominating all the areas
