Nope, Rihanna has sold 28 million albums max. Anyway, let's pretend for argument's sake that she did sell 32 million albums, that would be 32 million albums with 7 albums in 8 years. 26 miilion with 4 albums in 7 years shows that Taylor has a higher average, so still Taylor is the one with the stronger album selling power, whether Rihanna sold 28 or 32 million. (And it's 28).
