Well considering that you don't count Juno in 2008, then you have only seen 2 movies so saying "Cloverfield" is the best doesn't mean very much, especially since I heard "Fool's Gold" sucks really badly.
Sorry, meant to put "that I've seen so far", but either way I thought it kinda would've been obvious since saying anything like a movie is the best is all opinion anyways.
You can decide for yourself whether Fool's Gold is bad or not. I thought it was enjoyable.
