I love cooking. I even used to have a cooking blog. (I still do, but I haven't updated it in over a year.)

I like experimenting with food from different cultures and seeing what I like and what I don't like. Also, I really enjoy making complex things as opposed to simple things. It's like a fun challenge to see if I can actually make it and have it turn out.

PS: One thing I have tried making SOOOOO many times, but has never tasted right carne asada tacos. Like, taqueria street-style tacos. It seems like it should be super simple, but it never turns out. SO IF ANYONE HAS A RECIPE, I'd love it
