Well yeah... Like with most things that are sold, ticket prices are based on demand. Because Katy has yet to prove herself as a touring act, her team is still trying to pull in as many people as possible, which is done by having low ticket prices. They do this in hopes that these people will return in the future even if the tickets are more expensive.
TL;DR - Her ticket prices are lower than others because the demand for her show isn't as big.
(Not shade or a bad thing, just basic business practices and nothing to brag about.)

Well no, Gaga only lowered prices on the most basic of seats and did so to off-set the expensive meet and greets. This is also a common business practice.
Not sure why there is fighting in this thread.

There is literally no shade here and/or reason to be bothered if you took a basic business/economics class in high school or learned about supply and demand.
