First of all this is from an interview before her eating disorder. Second off, she's not dissing Ke$ha at all, she's saying that she liked TiK ToK but that she didn't want to listen to pop music that much. If you've read the whole interview you could see that she says that she talks about pop quite a lot and her relationship with it. Please, don't be ignorant and jump to conclusions.
