I hope she continues to write while she's there. It'd probably be an amazing outlet for her feelings and she'd still feel like there was comforts of home with her writing.

I'm not a huge fan of hers but I do hope that she recovers from these issues. Eating disorders are a very serious thing and are extremely hard to overcome, so I wish her the best! She always struck me as the confident type so I am pretty surprised. Maybe she loved the praise she got from losing a few pounds and it spiraled from there.
This is fairly common with EDs. The praise/positive reaction is an encouragement. Those praising the sufferer are unintentionally egging them on
It doesn't help that so many fans are like "YAAASS KESHA YOU LOOK SO GOOD" because
