She simply needs to start investing into business and create her own business. Bethenny Frankel received over $75M from her Cocktail line and Gwen Stefani be receiving more than $15M a year just from her clothing line and the list goes.

She does get royalties but not enough to sustain her life style. Have you not seen the gift she gives her family
She does have outrageous spending but it's not bad for now since she is hot and is always getting endorsement and constantly touring and releasing albums.
