I got "plasma" Deoxys through the Gen 5 wifi gift (it was downloadable for everyone via mystery gift in B2/W2), and Mew and Shaymin are still available through Pokemon Ranch(?) and Pokemon Ranger side-game transfers AFAIK, though I didn't bother getting those flop games. As they come with event ribbons that ban them from being traded on GTS, the only way to legally have one is to have gotten it that way, and transferred it through bank. If they said they got it through the gts they're both hackers, and not very intelligent ones

Actually you can.

Mew could be caught in Emerald, along with Deoyxs.

Shaymin can be caught as well.

However Celebi & Jirachi can't so they can't be deposited.

I haven't seen this list either.

I was told they banned the pokemon from GTS period, whether they were event of not. You couldn't put them up in this gen.
