Actually 18mil!
So that $133 mil in full, no? Excellent!

I asked Bill Werde on Twitter if he thought that Taylor could score another million first week for 5th album and he said that he wouldn't be surprised

I've still yet to see our tswiftdaily predict anything so I'm not sold on this whole "insider" thing.

Yes! those stadiums are large, but some of the seats could not be used or they were reserved for the stage props, and other things related to production.Though, still all sold-out.
Personally, I think that if Taylor did a 100% stadium tour around the world, she would sell them all out.
Not even Beyonce has completely sold out every venue.

It all depends on the lead single and the promo

That she'd win the VMA, I think?
In other news, a blog made up a bogus story about Miley slating Beyonce. It got picked up by Perez and the Daily Mail and other news sites. Miley slammed the story on Twitter within hours and now the DM at least has deleted the story.
Why can't Taylor be that proactive about shutting down the ******** rumours?

OK, this is interesting: Is Taylor the first female artist to sell out a stadium tour in Australia? Madonna did stadiums only once and didn't sell it out. Are there other female artists who could've played stadium tours there for me to check their receipts?

Kind of off topic from other posts, but I feel like this era was handled quite well actually. For example, had Taylor released EHC after IKYWT, that mean 22 would've been the last pop single. Had she released anymore singles there would be 7 US singles.. That's just too many. I'm actually glad that the last songs the GP has heard from here before the next album are EHC and Red. Both still get spun frequently on the local stations here. Though EHC isn't her best (I enjoy it), I think she reassured people that she is still an artist who cares about quality. All my friends use EHC and see it as a more mature Taylor (as compared to WANEGBT and 22).

Yeah. I don't want her to do the same promo like she did with RED though.

Pink is massive in Australia and could easily play stadiums there. I've heard, however, she'd rather do arenas because they're more intimate. Basically, she goes to Australia for like a month and sells out tons of arenas. She could definitely do a stadium tour there if she wanted.
Edit: Rereading your post, I don't think you were asking for this information but I already wrote it so here ya go. To answer your question though, yeah I think Taylor is the only female artist to play a stadium tour since Madonna and if Madonna didn't sell out, then I guess Taylor is the only one.
