I knew about Rihanna since Music of The Sun but she didn't really hit me then. I then heard Umbrella which I thought was a cute bop but she still didn't hit me, but when I heard Please Don't Stop The Music and Take A Bow, I slowly started to stan, but then when I was in Summer School in 2009, my math teacher played Rehab on the computer while we were doing our work, I was SLAYED! I remember I couldn't wait to get out of class so I can buy the song on iTunes! After class, I rushed home and Rehab was on REPLAY! I then bought the whole GGGB album pack, then the classic RATED R came right after, so 2009 is when I became a stan ♥

I remember in 2007, when we first got foxtel.. i used to (and still do) love watching the music channels and i remember when umbrella first came out and destroyed the charts, i was slayed and have been a stan ever since
