Not when her first 3 boring ass tours exist (Baby, Crazy, Oops) and The M+Ms Tour.

This was the first concert I went too <3 I really hope B comes back to Australia one day, one concert isn't enough!

Yet they are all better than Circus Tour, minus The M+Ms tour which doesn't count cause she wasn't billed as herself. Sorry, I just have an unpopular opinion.. and Blackout is half filler to me.
