This might belong more in Blogs section, but it not open yet, so let me make it more general.
I feel like people who don't want to have dogs are being overly criticized. People act so surprised every time I say that I wouldn't want to have a dog. People look at me as if I'm some kind of a heartless being for not wanting a dog. I think they are cute, but I'm just not a dog person, plus I have allergies to pet fur (nothing major, but I've had some sneezing fits when in contact with dog fur). But forget allergies...even if I didn't have them, what's wrong with not wanting to have a dog? or any other pet for that matter?
I was also reading up online about some people saying that they don't want to have a dog and other people attack them and call them names
I mean is it that bad?
it's a hypothetical question, a lot of people buy pets and then have them put down when they get troublesome. There's not liking dogs, and then there's being heartless.
