That is incorrect. Read up on it. I'm not endorsing any kind of smoking though. All kinds of smoking is bad. Do not do it, do not blow smoke in my face, do not even do it anywhere moderately close to me. That is why I love the New York City law that bans smoking in pretty much all indoor places outside of your house.

I uesd to smoke cigarettes. then i quit. One day i got really piss drunk and smoked and drank WAY to0 much and the next day when i woke up i was mad sick. Now the the smell of cigarretes reminds me of that day and i can't smoke them or even be around the smell of them anymore because of it. It makes me feel nauseous lol.

Now when i drink i'll have a black and mild (its kinda like a hood ass cigar) and thats ONLY when i'm drinking.
The occasional once in a while spliff aint so bad either.

Joints are worse for your lungs cause they have no filter
