What the **** are you guys talking about? He won't "go free" just because they beat him, lol! The messages are enough evident to convict him, its more than a probable cause. He won't be a "free" man ever again. As for the guys, worse case scenario they'll get community service. Violence is never the answer but I can't say I felt bad for him.

You can be arrested in most U.S. states for just initiating sexual conversation with an underage child, so I don't think he has a chance of suing successfully. Although, they might not have significant proof of sexual speak on his part. I hope both parties are charged tbh, they had no right to take the law into their own hands.
