What a distorted statement to make. Lady Gaga put herself in a corner, not the public.
The public didn't "turn Gaga" into a constantly self-victimized champion for
the gay community, that was all 100% Lady Gaga's decision.

Vin 99% of the time I respect your opinions but when it comes to Lady Gaga I have to say that you're completely un-objective. You have this innate near hatred for her and that completely clouds your ability to have a rational opinion regarding her or the status of her career.
Lady Gaga has been met with a certain amount of cynicism since The Fame, which as time went on and she made some non-choice career moves it grew and her opposers are
very very loud and go out of their way to persuade others to think as they do going as low as spreading propaganda. The fluctuation of her popularity doesn't
just derive from her choices, stubborn cynicism is one of the dominant variants and its more often than not illogical.
Theres a lot of criticisms of her that Ill agree with like her obvious dip in being able to market herself attractively and including in part her vulnerability (although she is often targeted spitefully therefore in one aspect her victimization is valid). But a good majority of these criticisms don't invalidate that her music for the most part is hardly deserving the opposition shes received.
