You add it to "Timber" and then divide every number you have by the largest number you have. So you would divide all numbers by the new overall for "Timber" and use these numbers.
1 Pitbull - Timber (feat. Ke$ha) 1.0392
2 & 35 Eminem - The Monster (feat. Rihanna) 0.9400
3 & 89 A Great Big World & Christina Aguilera - Say Something 0.8861
4 OneRepublic - Counting Stars 0.8768

Then becomes:
1.0392 / 1.0392 = 1.0000
0.9400 / 1.0392 = 0.9045
